Just a short one today enjoying some tabata intervals.

  • Kettlebell swings @ 20kg – 20s work, 10s rest x 8
  • 1 min rest
  • Kettlebell Clean + press @ 20kg – 20s work, 10s rest x 8 (alternating arms)
  • 1 min rest
  • Kettlebell Squats @ 20kg – 20s work, 10s rest x 8 (alternating arms)

Total workout time 14 min 35 secs.
